Short Bio

Haocheng Lian is a fourth-year Ph.D. student at China University of Petroleum-Beijing, supervised by Prof. Weifeng Liu. He received his B.S. degree in Computer Science and Technology from the same university in 2021. His research interests include high-performance computing, sparse matrix computation, and corresponding architecture design. Currently, his research focuses on accelerating sparse linear algebra (SpBLAS) kernels on CPUs and GPUs, as well as designing Domain-Specific Architectures (DSAs) for sparse computation. Notably, he has proposed Uni-STC, a unified sparse tensor core that can accelerate various SpBLAS kernels. He is a Student Member of IEEE.
